Having discovered Spaced this summer, I've realised that I'm way too much like Daisy Steiner. I'm in my final year studying Film and Literature at Warwick University and if I don't start writing now, I never will! Onwards and upwards!
Hi, hope all’s well. Just to let you know my novel, ‘The Broken Boots Guide to Astlavonia’ has just been published. It’s a black comedy about a debt-ridden divorcee who is sent to Astlavonia, a former soviet state, to write its first ever guidebook but discovers all disputes are settled with a knife.
If you’d like to read the first chapter and find out more, please visit www.nathanbraund.com.

Thanks very much.

Oh I know, finding work exp is such a pain! I got this one through luck, because at start of summer I did 2 days work exp on a channel 4 pilot for a new talent show, I got that one through the website applause store, I applied for audience tickets and the production co-ordinator emailed everyone asking if anyone wanted to audition so i just replied asking for work exp and she actually said yes, then I got the channel fiver one through her, as she mentioned me to her cousin who works for ETV. Just really really lucky to get those two bits :) Aww :( yeah innit, sooo expensive to do MA. Yeah was a bit of a lazy year out tbh, just didnt know what I wanted to do so I just worked in a clothes shop for the year.. was sooo shit!! How are you? good weekend? xxx
