    • I loved the first sentence - you captivated my attention at the very beginning and kept it for the entire piece =]

    • Great story. I immediately engaged with the characters and felt I was in Steve's shoes feeling his depair and confusion at recent events. Did cross my mind at one point whether Mike was going to turn out to be gay - would have given me some explaination for what he did. I like things to be round up. Loved the bees and honey pot conversation, Mike's postings on facebook and the simple but descriptive touches ie, Mrs Evansand her freshly cresoted pine.Enjoyable read, thank you.

    • Very good story. Loved reading it. Fave line: "It turns out he'd left the car running with the windows taped shut." This is a personal narrative but you were able to lay it out for us with ease. Well done.

    • Thank you both. It's been about two years since I last wrote anything in the form of prose, so I really do appreciate your support :)
