Synopsis
Two stories in one - The Swing ia about a teenaged girl who storms out of the house after a fight with her mother, and is killed as she carelessly crosses the street. The second - THE WHEELCHAIR is about a wheelchair witness to a bank robbery who is kidnapped as a hostage. ESP brings Frankie and the soldier together.
