Synopsis

Dean Westland's grandfather was one of the founders of the Ozone Club, a group of thirteen world's richest men who at the end of the Second World War were determined to prevent another global war tragedy from happening again, and secretly created a weapon capable of stopping the world from self-destruction, if another catastrophe was about to take place. Over half a century later the club founders were all gone, many new members have been driven by human greed and ambition, and the Ozone Club has been turned into something other than it was intended by the founders.

Dean, a young security expert, helps his friends with protection of Arthur King, the son of the leading founder, on his business trips. Returning from one of those trips, Dean finds his mother's life in danger, and to save her, he's forced to take part in the assault with the band of Japanese assassins on Arthurs' house. Arthur's wife is killed. Dean manages to save Arthur's son Roman and to escape.
Later the same day, on the other side of the globe, Japanese girl Akemi helplessly watches her father being killed by some kind of super powerful space weapon.

Five years later Akemi comes to Washington avenge her father, and as she tries to confront Arthur, she meets Roman. They quickly get attracted to each other, share the secrets of their parents' death and decide to search together for the truth and find whoever is responsible for the murders. Akemi reveals to Roman what she had found: her father belonged to a very exclusive club, where the members, some of the richest and most powerful men on the planet, use the most advanced technology and the best professionals, as they challenge and eliminate each other in the deadly power games, making it look like accidents or natural causes; the president of the club is Roman's father, Arthur.

In the mean, the mystery man behind the attack on Arthur's house five years earlier resurfaces and resumes his deadly game. Dean's best friends being murdered, he and Arthur make a plan to flush out the killer.

As Roman confronts his father about the Ozone Club, Arthur suddenly dies of heart attack in his arms. Roman discovers that Arthur had a very advanced and powerful weapon in his possession, created by the club founders and coveted by the other club members.

When the attempts to abduct Akemi and Roman fail, his childhood friend, Angie, is kidnapped. To save her and to flush out the killer, Roman must go into his lair to deliver the weapon, knowing that it's intended be a one way trip. Akemi secretly follows him into the trap, where Dean waits on the inside for the killer to reveal himself. His task is to save Roman and the girl, face the killer and destroy him and his army before the weapon is activated.

But as things often tend to go wrong at crucial times, their plan backfires. Roman recognizes Dean as one of the ninja responsible for his mother's death and tries to avenge her, Dean gets seriously wounded, and the weapon is activated...
