The Find

A research team has a first contact with two alien species on a desert planet. One faction comminicates by forcing a drug upon one of the crew members, erasing her memory in the process. They believe the explorers are messengers from the Gods called The Find. They are at war with the rival species, a violent, troll like race who don't beileve in the Gods and the new visitors must be killed to prove the Gods do not exist. The last surviving crew member is horrified by the Troll race, and is equally dismayed when the "peaceful" aliens give two human sacrifices to please the Gods. When the trolls are defeated, she activates the cloning program and ressurects the crew members.
