I don't have any qualifications related to script writing or creative writing, therefore everything I've learned so far has been self taught. I find this rewarding and time consuming in equal measure. My passion is good TV and films, although bad TV and films provide their own sort of entertainment.
I'm interested in writing teleplays, and perhaps screenplays, but right now I find myself writing shorts for the most part to try and find my voice I guess.
I tend to gravitate toward comedy but I can't help but inject some drama into it. They're not mutually exclusive anyway, are they?
I have a few ideas that are bubbling away for feature length scripts and I've written two teleplays so far, though I've found them to be a constantly evolving beast.
