The Watchers

The Grigori, a group of angels also known as the Watchers, are given the responsibility by God to oversee and be teachers to humankind. However, from observing mankind, they become attracted to the women of the Earth. Disobeying the word of God two hundred Watchers come to Earth, taking on fleshly bodies. They take wives for themselves and teach them many things, including knowledge forbidden to humans. However one Watcher, Talmiel, tries to convince the other Watchers to reconsider their actions but to no avail. From the union of the Watchers and mortal women monstrous children, called the Nephilim, are produced, that proceed to wreak havoc upon the earth. Meanwhile, God dispatches the Angels of Destruction to Earth to capture the Watchers...
