- Hi Javier, Firstly congratulations on getting the thing made and kudos for having more than one entry on IMDB as I understand that puts you next to the likes of Spielberg, Hitchcock and the guy from Pee-wee Herman. I wrote my review some time ago and cannot remember your screenplay exactly but I did have a quick scan through. I stand by my assessment. Comedy is very much a personal taste thing and for me I think it is funny. I just didn't think it was brilliant. My review stated that I really liked the God and Devil dynamic and that it was some of the other characters that were weak. Perhaps when filmed it comes across different but on the page, when I read it, it just needed a little more for me. I think my review was justified and fair. I didn't say anything without backing up why I thought it and I also offered to have another read once you had completed a re-write so I could adjust my scores (which I often do for other people's works). I am by no means a professional and simply state what I think based on how easy it was to read, how funny or dramatic it is for me etc. It was simply my opinion. The fact that others liked it and the Director made it does not mean I am wrong or they are right. It's an opinion and everyone has 'em. Once again congratulations on getting it made. You are way ahead of me and best of luck on your future projects. JD
