Comrades

It is 1992, and middle-aged alcoholic Colin has been paid in beer to dispose of three unwanted puppies belonging to a neighbour, Sarah. On the day the deed is to be done, Colin manipulates Sarah into buying him even more alcohol, supposedly to give him Dutch courage. When She returns from the off licence, Colin is delighted to see that, on top of the beer she bought, Sarah has shoplifted a bottle of vodka. 

The cap comes off and the pair embark on a Russian themed shot drinking spree that is hilarious and tragic in equal measure.
