Happy Returns

I enjoyed the lift/elevator setting. The little details are crucial to the short length of the story, so there probably wouldn't be much room for small talk, but I did wonder if anyone would divulge that amount of backstory in such a short space of time! Would have liked to have seen a bit more subtlety, leaving me to join the dots, but overall I quite liked it.
