Colonel Ray Dimmers and workaholic computer engineer Emilie Basile meet on a very long trip by train across the Usa. Ray is transfered while Emilie is on her way to a very important job meeting.

A simple eye contact is needed for them to recognize each other as soul mate.

They are transformed. Ray goes «awol», Emilie is not that concerned about her job anymore.

Their eagerness to wipe out the horrific past they have in common urge them to start a new life together. They randomly choose Kingston Jamaica as their final destination but fate compels them to confront their previous life in the form of a violent hijacking.
