I think you could probably keep the town somewhat open, just maybe a region, etc. I know the feeling though of wanting people to get the sense of it's their town...I'm having the same dilemma in my graduation script. It didn't take away from what I read though so I'm sure either or. Well off to work on my script and then I hope to read some more of your script tonight.
