Stranger Inside - first three chapters

The first chapter sucked me in straight away. The opening pages were stark and raw with comic touches. The description of Rob getting rid of Gregor was well written, gruesome and comic at the same time. The weight and noise of the body being moved was tangible.  I liked Lucas' emotionally removed take on it.  This chapter contrasted well with the chirpy, girlish diary entry from Kate which followed.  Quite a few characters to get to know in the opening pages, but the author manages to give them each a distinctive voice. Lucas and Mia came across particulary well. Would happily read some more.....
