I am a founding member of The Leeds Savage Club, a group of writers and artists. We meet fortnightly and do writing tasks and collaborative projects. I have written a radio play that is now in post-production for South Leeds Community Radio. A play of mine called 'Fork' was performed as part of Screaming Media's GI60 one-minute play festival in Brooklyn College, New York. My ghost story 'Cold as Ice' came third in a ghost story contest in Dec 2011 organised by the Harrogate Advertiser, and was printed in the paper.

- Thanks Pete. Still a bit shocked by the whole thing to be honest. Like most, I'd opted to forget all about it, knowing I wasn't faring all that well in the competition's'community'. I think my decision to go on Sabrina's website and study her work really helped. It gave me a certain flavour of what type of things she connected with, and her own individual vernacular. Still, I didn't think the outcome would end up exactly as it did. I can't wait to see how it turns out though!
