Zombie Love

Man, this script is funny. It's Braindead (a fantastic early film by Peter Jackson, in case anyone hasn't heard of it) or Shaun of the Dead meets a romance film. I.e., lots of comedic levels of gore, guts, blood... and romance. The main character is blissfully aware of the zombie apocalypse, even when his own front door is covered in blood, which creates the humour for the script. That, and his wonderfully banal relationship with Barbie, his zombie gf. The Lady and the Trap scene with intestines at the end was inspired.
