A highlight of my life came earlier this year when I found the cover of a magazine. FAR WEST (long defunct) published my western short story "Tyler" in their second issue. Another lighlight came soon after when the Western Writers of America allowed me to become a member on the strength of that publication, a first-place contest win in 2001, and my Lulu book I RODE WITH CULLEN BAKER based on that winning script, and writer credits on 3 independent films, 2 of which premiered in Lansing MI (hometown of the filmmaker Jack Schaberg of Mindful Entertainment) and are available on DVD..

- Hi there, thanks for the Albion review. It was the first thirty pages I think of the screenplay that I had up, so you wouldn't hve been able to read beyond that. - "old hat' really wasn't what I wanted to say but writing online is not my strong point. Had I taken more time...an hour or so instead of a few minutes...I would have come up with a more apt description. At any rate, you got 4 of 5 stars from me. It kept my attention and I appreciate the vivid writing that never overdoes the descriptions.
