I especially like the strangeness of the dramatic opening, and the sauciness of the messages.

It grabbed my interest. Perhaps the ladies could be scanning their letters as Coyle narrates? Actors can give added comic effect with facial expressions.   

Or what if the messengers spoke out loud?  Or maybe it’s fine as is? Hmm... you have got me pondering. Good stuff.
