Christmas. A time for joy, love and massive arguments. The xmas tree is looking great, certainly much better than this relationship, and will probably last longer than both that and the tenancy agreement.

The new generation of renters with break clauses, instant gratification and shifting ideologies can any couple really be expected to stay together if things aren't working out? Do "real" couples stay and fight for their relationship or have we learnt from the mistakes of unhappy parents and get out while we can?
