The Bits They Leave Behind

When I finally realized what this was about, I had a constant lump in my throat and had to go back and re-read with the new understanding. Something we don't hear about a lot but is a part of So many lives. Especially love the part with the attempt of the father to make him stay...made me want to be there so I could hug him. Well written and had a very realistic sadness running through it that only something based on truth does correctly.
