Unlucky Sod

Everyone falls victim to 'Sod's Law' and this story actually gives it a face! It's a nice story although perhaps the interaction between the protagonist and the sod could have been taken further in the sense that maybe the protagonist could have received an injury and the sod laughs at him for an example. This could have made their relationship more pronounced. But generally it was full of pathos and everyone can relate.
