I've got a certificate in feature film as well as television from UCLA, am a current Writer's Boot Camp fellow, and work as a screener for an Academy Award qualifying film festival. I have a diverse writing background (from short stories, to ad copy to technical manuals) my first story was published when I was in second grade, so I've literally been a writer all my life. When I'm not banging on the keyboard I'm usually behind my camera, cooking, reading or watching my son play college baseball. Sometimes I try to do all of those at the same time.
